Reiki (pronounced Ray-Kee) is a Japanese word translated to “universal life-force energy”. Reiki is a holistic healing process that can benefit anyone in the normal course of their life or bring comfort to people suffering from long-term conditions. Reiki is a natural form of healing that can support and enhance other forms of treatment, including conventional medical treatments, naturopathic, or alternative therapies. Energy flows at a high vibration to clear blockages and stagnation that occurs in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers.
Reiki can provide healing within:
1.The physical level by supporting and accelerating the body’s natural ability to heal itself, alleviating pain and detoxing the system to help relieve other symptoms to promote an overall sense of well being.
2.The emotional level by encouraging release of negative emotions and promoting qualities of loving, caring, trusting, and overall goodwill.
3.The mental level by bringing about relaxation, to release stress and negative thought patterns, concepts, and attitudes. It can bring greater insight and self-awareness.
4.The spiritual level by fostering a nonjudgmental attitude to self and humankind promoting compassion, understanding, acceptance, and self-love.

Each session is individually guided. It is possible to experience temperature changes and varying sensations as the energy flows through your body.
For those who want healing and support and cannot travel, this offers the same benefits as an in person session. Phone call or text will occur at the start and finish of each session.
Animals and Reiki:
Animals love Reiki too. If your loved one needs some extra special attention or additional care for an illness, Reiki can provide healing and support. For those animals who prefer the comfort of their own home, distance healing is as effective as an in-person/pet consultation. Himalayan Sound Therapy
Everything is in the state of vibration, including the human body. Each individual has their own vibration that represents their health and well being not only at the physical level, but also at the mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. The body can fall out of harmony just as musical instruments can get out of tune. Being out of harmony vibration can manifest ailments due to stagnant or blocked energy.
How sound healing makes a difference:
1.Sound calms the nervous system
Many mental, emotional, and physical ailments cause the body to activate the “fight or flight or freeze” response (the sympathetic nervous system). When the body is triggered long-term, it can further create negative patterning that is difficult to change (pain, attitudes, emotions, etc.). To help break these patterns, sound produces a tranquil state and allows the body to return to the parasympathetic nervous system; thus relaxing the body and opening up new pathways that can begin the change.
2.Sound goes deep into the physical layers
Sound and vibration not only stimulate the relaxation of the muscles, it goes further to reach the fascia, which is the internal connective tissue that wraps around organs, connecting muscle and surrounds all body tissues. When this fascia is in a normal healthy state, it is relaxed, wavy, and in a fluid state. This fascia has sensory nerves, which communicate with the autonomic nervous system. Sound and vibration stimulate these sensory nerves, opening them up to hydrate the tissue, which further opens extra neurological communication to allow energy to flow. When the fascia undergoes trauma (whether physical or emotional), it becomes strained and more rigid, and begins to tear, creating pain and leading to further ailments; thus creating a ripple effect on the entire body. Sound and vibration help keep this fascia fluid, which keeps the internal body healthy and enhances the immune system.
3.Sound creates space in our emotional and mental body
Sound opens up new pathways in the mind, allowing us to connect, ground, and release unwanted emotions, stress, anxiety, and remove mental and emotional negativity. It enhances creativity, improves concentration, transitions perspectives, and balances our awareness to make changes to blocked patterns and stagnant energies to help self-development and informed decision-making. By relaxing the mind the body is able to fall into deeper sleep at night allowing further healing to occur.
